Established in 2005, Hollowcore Plastics Extrusion specialises in manufacturing twin wall polypropylene sheets called Hollowflute® using multiple state of the art machineries from Omipa. Our sheets are all 100% Recyclable and Australian made. 

Hollowflute® plastic sheets are a type of lightweight and durable material. Made from polypropylene, these sheets are composed of two outer layers and a series of internal flutes or corrugations that provide added strength and rigidity. 

Hollowflute® has a diverse and tough nature and is commonly used in the packaging industry for creating boxes, dividers, and other protective materials. They are also used in the construction industry as a low-cost alternative to traditional building materials, such as wood and metal. 

Hollowflute® can also be used in the signage industry for creating temporary and permanent outdoor signs as they are resistant to moisture and chemicals. They are easily customizable through printing and cutting techniques, making them a versatile option for many different products.
